This project encompassed the upgrade and renovation of an existing chiller plant serving UNC Hospital. The scope of work included the installation of four 4800 ton capacity TRANE chillers, new chilled water and condenser water pumps, and all piping, electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire alarm systems. Acorn Industrial served as the general contractor on this project, in addition to performing all piping and mechanical work.
