This 530 foot tall (32 story, 710,000 square foot) tower along Martin and Fayetteville Street is the latest addition to Raleigh's skyline.  Completed in 2008 at a cost of $100 million, the top 11 floors include 139 residential condominiums. At street level, a branch bank and 17,700 square feet of retail space are present.  The unique architecture of the building including the 130 foot spire-like structure atop the main structure make it the tallest building in downtown Raleigh, beating out Two Hannover Square by 431 feet.
